Create Dranglin Tome
Wondrous Item, Very Rare
This tome contains the forbidden knowledge required to create a Dranglin. To decipher and use the tome, you must be a spellcaster with at least two 5th-level spell slots. A creature unable to utilize this tome that attempts to read it takes 6d6 psychic damage and is frightened for 1 hour. DC 15 Wisdom saving throw negates the frightened condition. Creation Process. To create a Dranglin, you must spend the time shown in the table working uninterrupted, with the tome in hand, resting no more than 8 hours per day. The cost represents rare materials required for the creation.
Once the process is complete, the tome is consumed. The Dranglin understands and obeys your spoken commands and cannot be controlled by others unless its creator dies or willingly relinquishes control.
